Shipping policy

At Indian Dhaga, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. We specialize in high-quality Indian ethnic wear and threads, ensuring each piece meets our standards before dispatch.

Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Customized or made-to-order items may take additional time; we’ll notify you accordingly.

Domestic (India): India Post, DTDC, Delhivery

International: DHL, FedEx, Aramex

Shipping Charges

Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders

International: Charges calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. Duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic: 3–7 working days after dispatch

International: 7–15 working days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)
Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email and are also available on your account dashboard.

Undelivered Packages

If delivery attempts fail (up to 3), the package returns to us. Re-shipping charges apply. For international orders held at customs beyond 7 days, the package may be returned, and relevant charges will be deducted.
