We want you to love what you wear. If you're not satisfied, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Return Policy
Eligibility

Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and original packaging intact.

Domestic orders only. No returns for international shipments.

Time Frame

Request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Process

Email info@indiandhaga.com with your order number, reason, and item photos.

Once approved (within 3–5 working days), ship the item to:

You may self-ship or request reverse pickup (select cities).

Fees

Return shipping: Customer bears the cost (approx. ₹150–₹200).

Reverse pickup: ₹150 extra.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only as store credit after QC (5–7 days).

Store credit is valid for 6 months and applied via coupon code.

No cash/card refunds.

Exceptions

No returns on: Sale items, customized orders, accessories, store credit purchases.

Rejected returns (not meeting criteria) will be returned to the customer.

Exchange Policy

Same as return. One-time exchange per item. Domestic orders only.

Request exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Process

Same as returns. Replacement sent after item is received and passes inspection.

Fees

Customer bears return shipping cost.

If we made an error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover both return and reshipping.

Adjustments

Higher-priced exchange: You pay the difference.

Lower-priced: Difference given as store credit.

No repeated exchanges.

Exceptions

No exchanges on sale, customized, or promotional-period items unless defective.

General Terms

Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of order with 3% processing deduction. No cancellations after processing starts.

Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 48 hours with photos. We may offer replacement, repair, or store credit.
